I got this from OCPAC voter guide
JUSTICES OF THE OKLAHOMA

SUPREME COURT

SUPREME COURT District 1

YES: Retain Justice John Kane IV.

Justice Kane was put on the Court a little over a year ago and deserves more time to evaluate his performance. So far, I see no alarm bells.

SUPREME COURT District 6

NO: Remove Justice Colbert

Justice Colbert was put on the Supreme Court in 2004 by Democrat Brad Henry. He is too much of a judicial activist and should not be retained.

SUPREME COURT District 9

YES: Retain Justice Richard
B. Darby.

Justice Darby has been on the Supreme Court for 2 and a half years. Some of his opinions/dissents have shown flashes of an originalist and he appears to be pro-life.

JUDGES OF THE OKLAHOMA

COURT OF
CRIMINAL APPEALS

COURT OF CRIMINAL APPEALS District 2

YES: Retain Judge Robert L Hudson. Rob

Hudson was an attorney in Guthrie appointed by Governor Keating to replace a corrupt Democrat District Attorney out of Stillwater.

He served as our DA for many years until he was appointed Chief of Staff by Oklahoma’s Attorneys General Scott Pruitt.

From that position, Governor Mary Fallen appointed Mr. Hudson to the Criminal Court of Appeals where he has continued to serve as a conservative and Christian stalwart.

COURT OF CRIMINAL APPEALS District 3

YES: Retain Judge Gary L. Lumpkin.

Judge Lumpkin is one of the 2 best Judges on the Criminal Court of Appeals.

JUDGES OF THE OKLAHOMA

COURT OF
CIVIL APPEALS

COURT OF CIVIL APPEALS District 1 office 2

NO: Remove Judge Jane P. Wiseman

Judge Jane P. Wiseman was put on the Court by Brad Henry who is becoming notorious for bad judges. It is time to give Governor Stitt an opportunity to improve the
quality of this court.

COURT OF CIVIL APPEALS District 2 office 1

NO: Remove Judge Deborah B. Barnes

Judge Deborah B. Barnes is another Judge put on the Court by Brad Henry and for the same reasons as above she should not be retained.

COURT OF CIVIL APPEALS District 2 office 2

NO: Remove Judge Keith Rapp

Judge Keith Rapp needs to retire so he can spend time playing with the great grandchildren. Appointed in 1984 by then Governor George Nigh he has been on the Court
for 36 years. If he will not voluntarily retire at 86, then it is time for the voters to retire him so Governor Stitt can replace him with a more conservative Judge.

STATE QUESTIONS
STATE QUESTION 805 – AGAINST THE PROPOSAL

We do need additional prison reform; however, this is not the right proposal.

First problem, some cases of domestic abuse are not considered violent crime. By imbedding this in the Constitution it may make it difficult if not impossible to further
define certain crimes as violent.

Second, far too many have testified of their being sent to prison was the wakeup call they needed. We do not have a problem with sending too many people to prison,
we do have a problem with keeping some of those people in prison for too long.

If a person continues to abuse their neighbors over and over again rather than
learn to play by the rules, they need to be confined for a long period of time and this measure would prevent that.

STATE QUESTION 814 – AGAINST THE PROPOSAL

To pass this proposal would be like throwing the towel in to the expansion of OBAMA CARE, another step toward full blown socialized medicine.

What we need to be doing is voting to
overturn SQ 802. SQ 802 barely passed. It caused the crisis to have to fund Medicare expansion.

Vote
no on 814 then contact your State Senators and Representatives and ask them to create
another State Question to repeal Medicare expansion.
